Australia has new SDoC form

ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority) has approved a new Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity (Form C02), which replaces the previous form on the website. Suppliers must complete the compliance declaration before affixing the compliance label. When making the Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity, suppliers must use the form approved by ACMA. Alternatively, suppliers can create their own compliance declaration containing all the information required in Form C02.
