On August 1, 2023 the UK Department for Business and Trade has announced an indefinite extension to the use of CE marketing for businesses, ending the transitioning to UKCA.
Starting from January 1, 2024, hard copy of CCC certification will no longer be issued after certification processing. From that date onward, electronic certification certificates will have equivalent legal effect.
