Canada ISED standard RSS-192 5th Edition Released, 6 month transitional period ends 1/5/2024

On July 5, 2023, the Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada (ISED) released the new 5th edition of the RSS-192 standard. ISED allows a 6-month transition period for the new edition. During this transition period, certification applications for either the 5th edition or the 4th edition of RSS-192 will be accepted. After the transition period, the use of the new 5th edition of RSS-192 standard will be mandatory.
